There are, occasionally, a few homes for sale on Wedderwill.
The estate management does not allow a "casual drive through
for a glimpse".
The owners of the homes which are for sale would like the house
to be ready for viewing and always insist therefore that an
appointment is made. I always respect that.
Being one of the first residents on Wedderwill and staying in
touch with many of the owners ( who have bought from me) I often
know of a potential opportunity before it becomes public.
I have established a list of people who have given me their
specifics of the dream home - if I find a match on Wedderwill
they have a shot at buying it before anyone else.
