About Me (in case you want to know)
Well, my wife dragged me up this
hill, me saying: No, no - it was a rutted farm road and my Merc 280SL did not
like. Pam said: "Sell it, buy a 4x4, look at this - it's worth it". I sold her
Honda Sports car - yes - and bought the 4x4. But now - our major road is paved,
so Porsches and Jaguar drivers get here - if they drive slowly.
We were
the first residents on Wedderwill in 1996. We can't imagine living anywhere else.
I am passionate about our piece of Paradise on this earth - many tell me it shows.
I enjoy the outdoors (being over 60). Running, mountain biking, sailing, swimming
and most of all relaxing with a glass of wine - can all be done right here.
When the crowds descend upon the Cape over December - we stay up here on
the hill and enjoy our peace and tranquillity. I have sold most of the properties
on Wedderwill. Homeowners call on me to give realistic valuations or discuss whether
or not they should put their house on the market or not. I don't sell anywhere
else - but if Country Lifestyle is what you are looking for - you have found the
right man.
